# Steps:
01 - Add heavy cream, chocolate syrup, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt to a mixing bowl.
02 - Using a hand whisk or electric mixer, whip the mixture until it thickens and holds soft peaks. Avoid overwhipping.
03 - Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
04 - Pour 3/4 cup of cold brew coffee into each glass.
05 - Spoon prepared chocolate cream gently atop each coffee, allowing it to float.
06 - Drizzle with extra chocolate syrup and sprinkle with shaved chocolate or cocoa powder to finish. Serve immediately with a straw.
